Remington Properties was formed in 2010 to engage in selective residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development, investment and management.

Mr. "Pat" Creaney has been active in the Real Estate industry dating back to 1970 when he was with McCormick Properties in Hunt Valley Md, leasing and marketing suburban office and industrial developments owned by the company.
​
In 1976, he was recruited by The Rouse Company as a land sale representative, moving up to VP & Director of Lands Sales & Leasing for the Columbia based company.
In 1982, Mr. Creaney resigned his position and stared a new company, Creaney & Smith Developers where he developed speculative industrial and office buildings, and over the next 30 years the company acquired and developed over seven million of square feet of space.

"Pat", as his friends in the industry call him has done projects with institutional partners such as Northwestern Mutual, Prudential, GE Capital and many others throughout the Mid Atlantic and South regions, from Newport News Virginia to Philadelphia & central New Jersey.

Mr. Creaney retired from CSG Partners in 2012 to concentrate his efforts on Remington Properties, LLC with his son Conor.

The company is family owned by Conor and Pat Creaney, and Ashley Edwards and is supported by a team of consummate real estate professionals. Remington Properties and its affiliated companies own, operate and manages single family residential rental portfolios, industrial properties, creative office spaces and artists’ studios in the Baltimore metropolitan area, and is involved in development projects across the mid-Atlantic and South.

Its offices are located at The Mill Centre in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore.
